Yes this is high pressure hose.

Is this tubing fire resistant

Not sure about that but being what it is used for connecting a propane bottle to a propane gas torch and similar I would suspect it would have a modicum of flame retardant properties; but; saying that I would not be the one trying to find out!!

What is the Date of manufacture? In description it says 2018.

The manufacturers date on hose is 2021, we can not change the wording Amazon will not allow it.
