If you pastor a smaller congregation, this book is a great encouragement, for it brings much understanding for any pastor regardless of church size. I highly recommend!

This book really was a true blessing. I found myself as a Pastor relating with this book and being brought to a whole new level in spirituality.

It was an excellent read. My wife and I actually had the opportunity to listen to Pastor Moore speak at the ODB One Day Bible Conference April 25, 2015 in Southfield, Mi. He is a very dynamic and clear in explaining God's Word.
