So I apply this before my sweet sweat band. If you’re using this during exercise then it works wonders. But when I go to wash it off in the shower I suppose because I’m using hot water...it burns my skin. It actually burns my skin before the shower. Therefore I’d suggest if you have sensitive skin to use very little as a little goes a long way.

Use with caution. A little goes a long way and this is especially true if you go out into the sun with it on or if you go into a sauna.

I like it. It feels like a burning sensation. I like it but my sister in law said it really burns her skin. She shared a pic with me n she had red all over where she put it.

I just tried it put it on used my Sauna Belt and did a 20 min workout took it off then took a shower and then it heated up anyways can't wait to see the results!!!
