Fish couldn't spit em!
Worked like a charm on Pacific Mackerel and Jacksmelt at Newport Beach pier. I had to trim back the feathers in order to get bites (hence,4 stars) but once I did that it was a Slayer! The hooks are excellent, sharp and strong. The fish were difficult to unhook cuz the barb was so sharp. Only 3 fish out of 30+ came off on the retrieve. Great bargain, ordering more now.

Don't waste your time, you get plenty of nibbles from crabs but that's it, piece of junk.
