Love this expandable hose, use it around our horses
We use this in our horse trailer to rinse off and water horses and it's key that it shrinks up small and light. Super easy to use, doesn't take up space, but plenty long!

Light and compact
I love the weight of this hose. It works well and recoils to a small version of itself.

good item
Very good product. The garden at home is very large. The previous water pipes have no sprinklers, and watering is particularly difficult. Now that there are water pipes and sprinklers, it is especially convenient to use. The water pipe is not afraid of folding. The nozzle has a lot of spray methods, which is especially convenient to use. Value this price.

The Picture Makes It Look Much Bigger Than It Is
If you are going to buy the PHZ 25ft Expandable Water Hose for anything other than a toy, you need to ask yourself whether an additional unnecessary complication in your life has enough entertainment value to be worth the trouble.I mean there is a reason I don't own a regular 25 foot hose, the reason is that it is too short for most applications and if it was only 25 feet, then it wouldn't much matter whether it was 8-foot expandable to 25 feet or just 25 feet because 25 feet of hose is pretty easy to roll up or tuck away unrolled, far easier than dealing with expanding and contracting this hose, keeping the dog from puncturing it, and just generally worrying about it being durable enough to last through one season of moderate use.On the other hand if you are thinking about getting an expandable version of a 50 or 100 foot hose, then there might be enough potential benefits to entertain the idea. At those lengths rolling up a conventional hose is a bit of a chore. Assuming these same brass fittings and quality construction that I have found on the 25 foot model, that you have good water pressure (the lower the water pressure the less these hoses will expand and the more difficult it is to keep them from contracting during use), and that you replace your hoses frequently; then going expandable might be worth a try.It is kind of fun to play around with for a while. They include a nice nozzle because without a nozzle the hose will begin to contract when you open the brass valve. I'm about as neutral as a person could be about the whole idea.

DOA
The packaging for this Expandable Water Hose doesn’t scream “As Seen on TV!!!!!,” but it should, because it reminds me of the kinds of things Ron Popeil used to breathlessly hawk at full volume on late-night commercials.Anyway, mine was DOA. The hose was loose at the faucet attachment fitting when I took it out of the bag. When I unscrewed the brass collar to see what was wrong, the whole assembly fell apart. On inspection, I found that the hose interfaces to the brass fitting via an O-ringed nylon restrictor that failed at its neck (obviously a high stress point) and let the hose slip free. As best I can tell, it’s unrepairable. It’s a shame, because the rest of the hose seems reasonably well-made, and the brass fittings are notably nice and heavy (although very sharp-edged). But based on my experience, the product seems flimsy, and I’d have doubts about its longevity even if it hadn't arrived broken. So the only thing I’m getting out of this Vine product is the nozzle, which fits a regular hose, and two rubber washers. As for the Expandable Hose itself—it’s kaput. But wait! There’s more! No, there isn’t. That’s all I have to say.
