Just been using this a few days and haven't seen any improvement in my eye bags yet. Some products say it may take 4 weeks before you see improvement.

Don't see much of a difference using this caffeine cream so far but only used it a few times but I like the consistency it does make my makeup look a little dry if I use it before makeup

The effectiveness of this eye cream for the price is amazing. I have used lots of eye creams at a much higher price point with no noticeable results. I don’t know about long term results but the results directly after use are great. Brightens reduces puffiness blurs lines. Great product all around.
