I was looking for a resistance band set that didn't involve having to change out handles etc, as that would really interrupt the flow of my workout. These come in different clearly marked tension resistances which is great! This is a great price for a whole set. One of the bands did break just after my first time using it. I was upset and disappointed and decided to contact the seller through Amazon. I can NOT say enough about this company's customer service! I got a response within the hour after my message and was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement in just two days! Can't find that kind of quality customer service too often anymore. Such a wonderful, rare find.Thank you, it is much appreciated!

Great for my workout routine! Affordable, change of pace from free-weights and great for home when gym workout is missed.I would suggest, if you are NOT familiar with using resistance bands, check-out YOU-TUBE or have a knowledgeable person or personal training assist you. Great for all body parts if used correctly.

I like these resistance bands, my only complaint is that the handles slide when using them in certain positions. So if you are doing anything cross body it can be a little awkward. Otherwise they serve their purpose!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought 3 packs of these (15 total bands) i own a small gym and needed more. The first set i bought from another company lasted about a year and a half. I used these for two classes so far and alread have 7 broken ones. The handle material that is connected to the bands are cheap so they rip straight through the
