Great looking bench. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Exactly what I was after.

Good quality bench, spent the extra money for this one because it won’t rot. It’s fairly sturdy. However, like most furniture, the quality could be better for the price.

I'm so happy with my Highwood Lehigh Bench. It's very sturdy, well crafted and beautiful; it's worth every penny. What I was most impressed with was their customer service. All pieces fit together with great ease until I came to the arms. The drill holes in the arm pieces did not line up properly with the rest of the bench. I called their customer service line and a friendly, helpful and live person answered the phone after two rings! They sent me new arms and instructions highlighted in yellow for easy assembly. Kudos to Highwood's customer service representative, Shannon.

Easy to put together! Great quality!

This company does faux wood right. It feels like wood...not that heavy waxy feeling most plastic "wood" has. Love the benches. Straight-forward assembly (my husband assembled them himself...often with something this size it takes 2 people). We have the porch swing too. Both are very comfortable. I wish I would have known about Highwood before ordering adirondack chairs that we can hardly move, they're so heavy. I highly recommend this bench.

The spaces you see between the back vertical slats holds water - Little mosquito ponds. The color is not consistent throughout when cheapens the look of it plus it shows water spots galore. No where in the description do they speak about color fading. Polywood promises no color fading and has color conformity and easy to clean and is a true black unlike this bench. I have one of each and I will buy Polywood from now on. This bench was easy to assemble and is comfortable. That’s about the only good I can say about it at this time. Buy Polywood.

Beautiful bench. I would have given it 5 stars but there was two small places where the composite material had a small dented area but not worth returning, as the cushion I purchased cover the imperfections. After reading multiple reviews from this company, they do need to pay a little more attention to manufacturing defects before sending out to customers.
