I saw this suggested for a solstice pre Christmas activity for kids and thought it sounded lovely. This was my second year in a row to order and wanted to write a review about how simple, but lovely, this is. It comes as sheets of delicious smelling beeswax and cotton threading for the wicks. You roll it to desired width. You can cut the length down by scoring with a bread knife. Then you have beautiful candles that aren't overwhelming with a strong scent, in whatever size you want. Makes excellent gifts as well.My only issue is the price. I paid for it twice, so obviously I believe in the quality of it and understand quality usually costs more. But i do wish it were a little less expensive, I would happily buy more.

I've already bought 2 of these kits and given some away for gifts. These beeswax sheets are so easy to roll making them easy for kids and older to make for home or give away as gifts.

I'm so impressed with this kit. Each sheet of beeswax you are interested to cut in half so you actually end up with 20 candles meaning it's $2.00 per candle. It's so simple to make them but very satisfying. Still a bit difficult for my 3.5 year old but we've been doing it together. The best and unexpected part is the rich beeswax scent! Beeswax is one of my favorite scents and I didn't anticipate a very noticeable scent from this but I've been pleasantly surprised. I did get the natural color so I'm not sure if a colored version would be the same. Definitely going to be purchasing this kit again!

I spent quite a few hours searching different options to try out making beeswax candles. After choosing this particular product, I awaited its arrival anxiously and was not disappointed when it arrived. I made my first candle within 20 minutes, it burned flawlessly, and I absolutely will be ordering again. The light smell of honey, the warmth of the flame, everything is perfect. I do and would recommend soaking the wick supplied in beeswax as it helps it burn more smoothly, but it's not required because as the candle burns the wicking will absorb some of the melted wax. One-hundred percent one of the best purchases I have ever made off of Amazon.

These are the best beeswax sheets I have found - not flimsy, packaged well with never any damage to the wax. The wax is easy to work with. When I had a question, the company answered my email promptly and replied to me several times. They couldn't be more accommodating - I highly recommend!

I can't say how much I love the smell of beeswax in our home. This was a fun, fast, CLEAN project for us. Great for kiddos...had to help the 2 year old a little bit, but she loved it. 6 year old pretty much did it on her own. We love to have a "low energy" night where we turn off all or most of the lights and just have candles or twinkle lights. It is a nice recharge from the harsh lights we normally have on in the evening. Each sheet can be cut in half and makes a nice candle. I think I'll try to leave the sheet whole next time and see how long it burns for! <3

I found the rolling the candle wax into sticks meditative and the end result is a lovely product - especially considering how expensive it is to buy bees wax candles!

I bought this to do with my 3, 5, and 7 year old boys. It was so simple and they had a lot of fun! We ended up making cute gifts tags and giving them as Christmas gifts to their grandmas and a few dear friends. I like how simple it was right out of the box and that you can customize how thick you want the candle by simply trimming the sheet of wax. :)
