Even though it was a cold day, these nine 3.5-inch pots of nine different succulent plants arrived in super healthy condition. I put each of the nine on a saucer and put eight of them into a 30-inch long walnut planter, hand-made in America, bought on Etsy. The plants make for a beautiful window in my kitchen that was simply plain before. I don't know what I'll do with my ninth plant -- just as hearty and beautiful as the others. I've bought plants on line before that didn't turn out nearly so well as these. The hand packing -- each plant wrapped in two thick sheets of clean newsprint and all nestled together -- was just one of many aspects of this purchase that make it a five-star event.

We have been wanting to buy new plants, and unlike the general public here in Missouri, we refuse to pack into the big box home improvement stores during a pandemic. So we decided to search on Amazon. We came across these plants and they seemed reasonably priced and so we thought: Why not give it a try. I have to admit we were hesitant given the no refund policy. Well we could not be happier. These were shipped from California and boxed to perfection. Each plant was individually wrapped and packaged with care. The plants were beautiful and just as described. We were so surprised because they looked better than what we'd find at the big box home improvement store. We will be back to buy again!!

Very carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The only complaint is the tag saying free lifetime care. it’s a link to an app that you have to purchase. What is the $100 value? No real big deal but they shouldn’t include that. Main thing is that these are great priced very healthy pretty plants

I loved the plants,I only had one problem,first I would like to say excellent job on the quickness of delivering your product also loved the plants and want to get more,but when I received my plants 2 out of the 4 were just very unhealthy looking, I understand that they will show stress so I will give them a chance to recover, I would like to get some cactus plants do you sell those? If so I will order some after I see what happens to the 2 that I mentioned. Thank you very much I look forward to being a valued customer. Shaun Turfitt

I received the order very quickly. The nine plants were wrapped in butcher type paper. None were damaged upon arrival, however, no matter how careful I was some of the soil was left in the paper. The plants were dry so I watered thoroughly and placed them on a tray to drain. Several plants had dead leaflets so I removed them. I placed three of them on my fireplace mantle and the other six on my kitchen table. This is day three of their arrival and I have three that are dropping leaflets and I am worried about their survival. This is the negative review. On the positive they are a nice variety and very well labeled so I know what I received and how to care for them.

When my plants arrived I was a little unsure of the packaging. However after reading the information they sent I better understood why. All of the plants I received were strong and healthy...just a little thirsty. Very nice quality, small starters. Happy with my purchase!

I was also hesitant to purchase plants via amazon, but these came wrapped so securely and in great condition for about a week in transit. i got them out, gave them some water in the sink and replanted them later in the day. they're lovely and a good variety of colors and styles of plant.

The plants appear to be of good quality, but I had a few issues. 1) I received 2 of the same plant Crassula ovata It is a very cute plant, but 2 of the same was disappointment. 2) Both of them came with spider mites. They other 2 appear healthy. On the good side the packaging is so very well done. I on in WI and it is winter. When I ordered the weather was much warmer, They came wrapped in butcher paper and then a cushion of bubble wrap, Even though the plants sat outside for 12 hours in 20 degrees and they survived,
