Update***1 star:With no case on the iPhone XR, the phone does not charge. The charger dings on/off all night. Sending in my request tonight for a refund.3 stars due to 2 things:1. I bought this product on March 27, 2019 thinking I was saving some money buying a Father’s Day gift early, however, it’s $5 cheaper the week before.2. Charging power would have been great if it worked with the swappable pop socket. Do not buy if you love your pop socket. Yes, it will EVENTUALLY charge, but it works best without it. All night my iPhone XR pinged on and off when connected to the wireless charger.Would not buy again as we are a huge pop socket family and I will not be taking my Otterbox symmetry case (one of the brands slimmest designs) off our phones every time just because it charges better without the swappable pop socket/Otterbox case attached.

I was excited to try the new charger. Shipping was fast. Took out the charging pad and USB C cable. Wait, no plug adapter! Looked at the amazon description and sure enough it does NOT! Come with a recommended 9v/2A plug adapter so luckily I have one from Costco. But it is only a 5v/2.4A adaptor. So I plug it in and it works with the phone. I put my Apple 4 watch on the charger and Nothing! What!!! Well I found out that my case for my watch is to big and will not allow perfect alignment with the charger. So I took off my case and in the process I broke my glass screen protector!!! Ugh. But sure enough with out the case I was able to charge it!Buyer beware!1. The charger does NOT come with wall plug adapter! Would’ve been nice to have the recommended 9V/2A adapter! I have yet to see if the 9V/2A adapter will work with the case and now will need to purchase one to see if it works!2. If you have a Apple 4, 44mm Watch with an outer case it may not work with the charger! Although it may work with a smaller watch with a case.3. I now need to replace my glass screen protector that I broke while trying to find out why my Apple 4 Watch didn’t charge because of the outer case! So no need for you to try if you have the same setup!I am full aware that items 2 and 3. Are my own fault! But given the circumstances this is what I had to go through to find out I have a problem with this charger!That is why I am Only giving it 3 stars!Does this charger work? Yes it does!Would I recommend it? Yes! But make sure you aware of some of the complications that you may end up with!After all I have said. If those items don’t bother you then buy it! It will work.

Purchased this a week ago, it will not stay charging. Watch and phone constantly beep from charging to not charging and light up all night long. Because it hasn’t been charging my phone properly, my battery has completely died on two different nights, so my alarm didn’t go off and I was late to work! Super pissed off and frustrated. First off, if the charger you choose to buy doesn’t already come standard with the correct connector/charger cable, it’s probably is a piece of junk. I should have followed my brain and known this stand was way too good to be true! My recommendation would be to save your time and money for something that actually works.

Further update: watch charger over charges and heats up my Apple Watch to the point that it shuts off and doesn’t charge. Every time I wake up my watch is not fully charged and I’m suspecting this is why. Charges iphone and AirPods just fine, but I’m sending it back.I love the concept but this is the 3rd one I’ve tried. The charger seems to short out and not charge my Apple Watch throughout the night. I often wake up and it’s not fully charged. My AirPods charge fine and my phone charges fine with a thin case on it but the watch, not so much. This is the third charging system like this I’ve tried. The first one was very similar but wouldn’t charge my watch consistently, the second one made an annoying fan sound and I had to take my phone case off and this one isn’t charging my watch properly.

I bought this to charge my iPhone 8, AirPods and Apple 4 watch. This product includes the stand and a cable. You provide your own power brick. Night 1--I used my reliable Belkin "fast charging" brick. I woke up in the morning with a fully charged watch, fully charged AirPods, and a dead phone (before I went to sleep I confirmed the phone's charging icon was on, showing it was charging). Night 2--I changed to the 10w Apple brick that came with my iPad. Again, I confirmed the watch and phone were charging before I went to sleep. When I woke up, the watch was 86% charged and the phone was 40% charged. Night 3--Went on Amazon, printed a return label, and wrote this review.

Just opened the package and box, and this item does NOT come with a charging cable as advertised! The cable that I use for my Iphone doesn't work with it, and we have nothing else here at the office to use. Description says it uses a lightning cable, though the port is definitely not for the lightning cable for iphones. Sending back for more reliable supplier/vendor.

I purchased this items and started using it immediately. It was charging all three of my devices, amazing! But now after 4 weeks, the product just stopped working. Nothing is charging anymore. I have tried to use a different outlet and adapter, but still nothing. What is worse, there is no company contact information to request a replacement or support. So what am i supposed to do now? I have a broken product that doesn't last more than 4 weeks, what a waste of money!

Returned this charger a day after receiving it as it would cycle between charging & not charging my phone over & over & over.Thought it was my Otter Box case interfering but did the same thing after removing the case.
