Got low ceilings? This is THE fan for you. It is a VERY attractive fan. It is in a smallish bedroom and between that and the low ceiling the 42" low profile is a perfect fit. Am considering a 2nd purchase if I can find it on sale again. I did not find it that hard to install, but I had a friend who has installed several and he helped me. Some instructions were not clear but it is pretty straight forward. Be patient. For those who say it is loud, it's not. If you properly secure to the ceiling it should be fine. You need to use a fan brace in the joists to install if replacing a standard fixture. Different weights. Those saying it is loud may have vibration if not snug to the ceiling or proper bracing for the weight. And, fans make a breeze that may have some sound, but they all will. I also read reviews saying it was too tight and that the wires were too short. Did not find that as an issue.. That may be a problem with the wires from the fixture you are replacing. Extend the wires if you need more. Someone noted the pull chains are not in the pictures and that is correct. They also are attractive. Because of my low ceiling I am going to shorten them, but they are fine.

I decided because my fan purchase was for my master Bedroom, I didn’t want to have a low price guide me. I spent 80 bucks more than a similar Hunter, and I am impressed.I took it out of the box with a skeptical eye and found no faults.Directions made it easy, and the finished product was saweeeet!Even on high speed the the only noise is from the air blowing in my hair. On low, it is silent.The light globe is classy, and it comes with 3 led bulbs that are enough to light my room.I am 57 years old and have installed maybe a dozen fans with lights. This one is the best so far!

It is priced well above avarage. So I was hoping that this fan is quality item. I have installed 2 other brand fans in the past, so I am not new to the process.Here what I have learned:1. It takes 50% longer to install due to multiple tiers.2. Directions do not explain anything and just worthless.3. Connectors on this fan are not easily to connect and one unit failed to connect altogether.4. Motor on another unit was making clicking sound so I had to return it.Both units were defective, but after about 2 hours I managed to make one working unit out of 2.It does not look bad comparing to other fans on the market, so I would give it 4 stars if not for defects.

I debated between the bronze and white (light wood on other side) version of this fan but settled on white because it's $30 less. No regrets on the white color. This fan is beautiful, quiet, easy to install and gives enough light for my 10x10 bedroom. If you need a white ceiling hugging fan for a small room, this is it! The white color blends with my white ceiling so it doesn't stand out too much in my small, low ceiling (8.5') room. Definitely recommend and may get a second one if it still performs well when I need another one.

We wanted a true ceiling " hugger " fan style, our older fans had a short downrod and the quad light fixture which made the ceiling feel lower, was outdated looking, and a cleaning nightmare. These casa fans are easy to install, and unobtrusive. They look beautiful, when u even notice them, and don't look or perform wimpy. They are very quiet when on and move air equal to the larger ones they replaced.

In 2016 we bought two of the white 44” fans for our 2nd floor bedrooms. Each year they run on the low speed pretty much the entire spring through fall and are still super quiet and stable. We’ve never had such good luck with fans before! I do wish they had a remote (maybe they do now) but overall a great fan.Note...for DIYers, installation is easier with 2 people.

Perfect fan. Love it! Just needed to place brighter light bulbs at same wattage as others stated was necessary for them also.

Really poor quality wiring hardware/harness. 9 pin harness would not appropriately snap together. Fan wouldn’t operate appropriately.
