Great Songs of Rodgers & Hammerstein (Big-note Piano)

My 91 year old mother loves to play piano but having some trouble reading her music. She loves the songs included in this book and sat right down a played a few.

I’m losing my vision, but want to keep playing as long as possible. These easy arrangements allow me to see the music, even with limited vision. And with a little ad living in my part, they sound very nice! Thank goodness I can try to keep reading awhile longer!

I love this book as I recognize a majority of the songs. The book contains thirty beautiful songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein in large print. If you recognize the song and are at least an advance beginner this will be a joy to learn how to play on a keyboard or a piano.

I took lessons as a child - I am hoping this book returns me to my piano playing hobby at 65 :)

Arrangements too simplistic. For songs with such beautiful harmonies, disappointing that the chords were not more sophisticated. Having said that, the arrangements provide a good basis from which a beginner can improve by introducing more elaborate chord structures and sequences.
