Cambro , 6 Quart wit Lid (Clear), DAA

got this to do the stretch and fold process for sourdough bread. like that it has measurements to see the process of rising. i use for a two loaf bread. a bit big but the 4 qt. size is too narrow. like also that it has a lid so don't need to cover with plastic wrap or a towel.

I have a couple of 6 Quart containers and this one is one is my favorite. Why is hard to say, I feel the others are more brittle? hard? IDK? I thought this was a bit pricy but I'd buy again and will, next time I need another 6 qt. Goes great the FWSY book by Ken Forkish :D

I purchased this and tried to cancel the order (but failed) because I didn’t think I would use it. I’m new to sourdough and thought the smaller bowl I have would work. Wrong! This is perfect for fermenting your dough. Easy to clean and store.

I use a paper towel and dish detergent to clean. I only use this to proof pizza dough. This is not intended to be an air-tight container. It does have a tight fit, but there is no seal.

. I thought I was receiving a clear tub but only the lid was clear. Be careful when reading descriptions.

I am into making bread at this point in time. Love the size for proofing.

Bought the product for storing no knead bread dough in the refrigerator. The products does a great job for this purpose.

I needed this container with lid to store my home made biscuit mix! When I want to make biscuits, I add two cups of baking mix to buttermilk and stir! Pat out and cut the biscuits and get them in the oven!! Cambro is always my go to kitchen container of choose!!

I love you can see through it to watch your dough rise. I didn't like the stickers they put on the container it doesn't like to come off and the glue stays on the container and makes it look dirty. They were on the top and sides it should have been put on the bottom.

Following instructions from Ken Forkish ("The Elements of Pizza"), purchased this for the dough. This is the ideal container for mixing the dough (nice, smooth, rounded contours internally, easy to mix), and for rising (snap lid seals in the humidity). Perfect size. Love it. Better than prior SS bowl with aluminum foil lid.
