Costa vs Oakley
Had these glasses for about a year now. (And my girlfriend bought me Oakley Holbrooks at the same time *later in the story*) Came in as described and the real product 580 glass lens. Within 2 weeks the arm screw started to back itself out even if tightened up. Sent them to Costa and was fixed 100% free of charge. And have been great ever since. They are great on the water and for fishing. that being said for everyday use when put up against the Oakley PRIZM lens I get much more vibrant colors from the Oakley’s. To a point there is no comparison. The glass is more scratch resistant than the plastic Oakley lense but the color isn’t as good compared to the Oakley’s. I want to like these more because of the name, and heritage that come with Costas but Oakley has outbeat them.

Cheap imitation
Just used these glasses twice since purchased. One of the screws fell out, once I found it noticed it was a cheap replacement screw. Had to repair everytime I wore them which was only about a week. Threw them in the trash. This was my 3rd pair of Costa glasses the first 2 pairs were legitimate products. The glasses purchased through Amazon were comparable to a gas station or dollar store. Junk don't waste your money.

Just what i was looking for, perfect
I have probably had 4 or 5 other Costa's in the past … all in the 580G lens and all were amazing glasses. I sold the last one or two pair only because over time felt like the larger sized frames were too much for me. Also, if you wear sunglass lenses for more than few hours at a time, they feel heavy and I needed to take them off. The size of the Rinconcito and the 580P lenses seems to be the prefect combination, very light weight and the size fits my face much better. I like the darker blue, doesn't scream out as much. With Costas' polycarbonate scratch resistant technology, I am not worried about them scratching with any little thing, like other high priced poly's out there. Can't go wrong.

Amazing sunglasses
I love these glasses. The Rincons are a little too big for my face but I liked the shape, so these Rinconcitos were a perfect for me. They are slightly smaller than the Rincons. The image quality through the 580p lenses exceeds any other sunglasses I've ever owned. Perfect for boating or hanging out by the beach or lake.

The quality does not match the cost
They are ok. They don’t appear to be the quality of the last Costa’s we purchased. Also they were crammed in the box(which was too small)! For $135 I don’t know that I will order another pair. They are a gift for my son for Christmas so we will see how well they hold up!

Love them
I love these but will say the wind blew these off a table outside and scratched the frame and lenses when they hit the ground. In other words the plastic is very soft (easily scratched) and the glass scratches/chips easily also. Other than that I love them.

Small
We returned these because they looked small on my husband. The lenses don't go out far enough so it looked like he was wearing kids size glasses.

Scratch Easy
I have worn costa Del Mar sunglasses for the last 18 years. I have always purchased the “P” for the lighter weight but they tend to scratch easier. I ordered the “G” this time and the clarity is a noticeable difference. Unfortunately, I have already managed to scratch the right lens dead center. Really sad for a $195 pair of glasses to scratch So easily. I have been really careful with them and somehow it still happened.
