Sounds great on CO2
Update 04/14/20: It's been cranked up to 350psi (highest my CO2 regulator goes) for 3+ years now. I'd say average use has been about 3 seconds a week in traffic, and a 5-10 second showoff blast once a month. Still going strong. At 350psi, it's much louder than a train. I compared it at a railroad crossing once, and it echoed about 3x longer than the train's horn did.I've got my horn running off my CO2 setup, regulated at 150psi, and it sounds fantastic. Doesn't sound exactly like our horns at the FD, but that's from using CO2 instead of normal air, the higher pressure, and it being a different brand (we use Whelen). It's still obviously recognizable as an emergency-type horn, and still just as loud, probably louder, actually. People definitely notice it. Installation was ridiculously easy, mounted it under the front bumper of my Jeep XJ. I used a Kleinn 307 solenoid, perfectly matches the chrome of the horn, and it screwed straight into the front inlet of the horn for a seamless look and instant activation. Only issue I had was with the 6 inch jumper hose that came with the horn. The fittings blew while I was checking for leaks, and I only had it at 60psi. Should have had clamps on it, I don't know why it didn't. That's why I only gave it 4 stars. Luckily I had a couple clamps in my air hose repair box, and after that I had no issues. Honestly, the hardest part of the install was running 1/4" air brake line from the horn on the bumper, through the firewall, and then along the cab into the trunk, while keeping it hidden for a nice look. I ended up running it under the trim above the doors. After that, I just put a quick connect on it in the trunk so I can easily take it off my CO2 tank for air tools and refills. All in all, pretty easy. Now to see if it actually lasts.

Does your Truck Horn sound like a Smart Car's horn? This is the fix.
This air horn is the real deal. I bought it for my 06 Dodge Cummins 4x4 and mounted it underneath the driver's seat between the pinch weld and the frame rail. I mounted a red micro switch (small push button - purchased separately) on the dash and used wolo's solenoid (purchased separately). I ran my onboard air at 200 psi and the horn handled it fine, never a problem. I will echo other's suggestion that you mount the solenoid as close as possible to the air horn. The further you move the solenoid away from the trumpet the longer it will take for you to hear the horn after you press the button. I had 3/8" hose feeding the solenoid and 1/8" feeding the trumpet for maximum pressure. THIS THING IS LOUD.I'm not liberal with my horn by any means but I will honk if you are sitting at a green turn signal looking at facebook on your phone. A man and his wife were in a car in front of me arguing for a good 10 seconds after the light turned green not paying attention to the traffic light. I tapped the horn switch quickly two times (didn't even lay on it) and the woman looked like her head almost hit the roof she was so startled. I thought it was funny but my girlfriend was embarrassed. My advice: use it only when appropriate. This horn will get you in trouble with the law if you hotdog around and scare people at crosswalks and shopping centers. If you have a decent onboard air system and mount the solenoid close to the trumpet you should get the giggles every time you honk because this thing is loud. IDENTICAL to the sound that fire engine air horns make in the United States (I believe it is the same exact model horn). I never needed a horn cover even though my trumpet was forward facing on a 4 wheel drive but I wish wolo included one in the box. That was my only gripe with the purchase.

This horn is no joke the sound literally pierces your soul
For the price I wasn't expecting this to be as good as it is, after unpacking I charged up my garage air tank up to 165 PSI and hooked up an air nozzle to the port on the horn to test it out and let me just say make sure you're wearing ear protection because it literally rattles your brain and blurs your vision. To the point I actually have to be careful of when I actually use this on the road as it could possibly cause an accident with how loud it is that it would scare the hell out of somebody. It says it's rated for 125 decibels I have no way to test it but it feels like it's so much more than that just make sure if you go to try it out make sure you're nowhere near the business end of this thing especially without your protection or you will mess yourself up and yes it does sound exactly like it actual fire truck horn

Awesome horn!
Bought a horn blasters kit but wasn't happy with the horn sound. I swapped it out for this one and am impressed and super happy with it.

The real deal
This horn is loud and crisp. From 10 psi to 120 psi, there is no mistaking this thing. The all familiar fire truck sound.

Quality product
The horn does produce the real deal typical fire apparatus sound. However some newer trucks are using horns that sound more like a tractor trailer type horn. Never the less its plenty loud comparable to any open mounted horn on any of our engines even with mine being slightly baffled as its mounted along the frame rail of my K1500 under the hood. One thing i would like to mention with some experience with these air horns, too much pressure will shorten the lifespan of the diaphrams, For longevity i would operate them consistantly at no more than 130 psi. Yes they will likely handle more and be louder, however i wouldnt recommend it unless u plan on wearing them out.. Another thing 1/4 inch clear tube easily found at Lowe's is all thats needed for these to function. full size air hose for a shop compressor is wayyy overkill and inefficient, "incase you were thinking to" All the compression fittings needed are also available at lowe's for a couple dollars. The smaller hose will also go a long way for when u really lay on the button for an extended attention getter maximizing the limited supply air you have. IE less compressor run time. Keep the horns free of road debree and water aswell to extend their life.
