G4 LED Bulb Light 3W 12V AC/DC Warm White 2700K G4 Bi-pin Base Lamp 48x3014 SMD 20W 30W Halogen Bulbs Replacement for Landscape Under Cabinet Lighting, Non-dimmable, Pack of 8 Yuiip

The media could not be loaded.  This light seems to be well built. I purchased 2 packs of these (16 bulbs) and installed 12 of them. All of the ones that I used were working fine without any problems. The nice thing about these is that they have a rubber/silicone type clear housing which minimizes the bulbs from breaking. It feels like the clear silicone caulking that you would use around bathroom sink. They are 2W power consumption which is meant to replace a 20W equivalent halogen bulb and I'd say this is VERY close to equivalent output in terms of brightness. In terms of color temperature, it's supposed to be 2700K, but I'd say it's around 2900K (it's slightly whiter than 2700K). Definitely looks fine in the yard and I have no problems with it, but if you're going to be replacing just 1 bulb and keeping other halogens, you might notice a difference. I can't comment on longevity yet because I only just installed them yesterday. But I think these are great bulbs and have had no problems so far.[UPDATE] After 6 months of use in my outdoor landscape lights, I have still not had 1 of these lights burn out yet and I have 9 of them in use. I live in Canada, so they have survived the summer heat and so far in the early winter they have survived freezing point weather just fine. No complaints at all thus far.

I used these in my landscape light fixtures. What I loved about these is that the bulb is encased in rubber like material so no breakage. I got these to put in a pathway bollard and it is bright enough to see but not too bright to look like an air landing strip at the airport. Perfect light for my needs. May order the other to take it down even more since they are reasonable. I also like the quantity you get too for the price.

DYIs, who knew I could replace my landscape lighting halogen bulbs with these led? Just installed last week. The color is warm and looks beautiful on the walkway. Doesn't look bright white like those led holiday lights. Bulbs came in a blister pack, easy for me to pop into place and hopefully saves electricity. This package price was so much lower than at the landscape store. Hint: Our landscape contact said all the bulbs on the same line voltage need to be led (can't mix bulbs types together).

I installed these as replacements for the 12v incandescent bulbs on my sailboat. It was a simple matter of unplugging the old bulb and plugging in the LED bulbs. The bulbs are bright, and give off a soft warm glow. In addition, they draw a tenth of the power as the old bulbs, and don't get hot!

I used them in puck lights where I previously had halogen bulbs. The color is nice (warm light) and the size was right as well (so led bulbs can be too big to fit in puck lights). Only time will tell whether they last.

Got these to replace the bulbs in the puck lighting in our entry way. They seemed easy to replace ( I didn't do it myself) and are just as bright as the ones that were originally there. I have extras left over so I'm ready when rest of the old ones fail.

These are not always easy to find but come with many extras. Easy to use just plug right in. Nice and bright. Come in a small package and the extras can be stored anywhere even one in glove compartment just in case.

Installed a Volt residential lighting system, but bulbs kept shorting out. Turns out the Volt bulbs were not sealed. These replacement bulbs were cheaper, fit perfectly in the fixture, and are completely encased in "rubber" - completely waterproof.

Perfect replacement for original 12v Halogen bulbs. They are a little bit bigger than the standard ones but a good push gets them sitting in there properly. You could even trim the leads if necessary. Bulbs are very well constructed. They don't run anywhere close to the standard bulbs. Barely warm to the touch. If I have any complaint they are not fully warm white. I feel they run at around 3000k rather than 2750k. However they still look great. Replaced all 8 in kitchen.

A word of warning: I had hoped to simply swap my existing halogen bulbs with these since the halogen bulbs get so hot. No such luck. The LEDs flash when I flip the switch on, but then they turn off. From my research, it seems that they do not draw enough current, and I need to replace the transformer in my under-cabinet lighting setup with an LED driver. I don't feel like taking down my cabinets to get at the wiring, so I guess I'm sticking with halogen bulbs for now!This isn't a knock against the product; I'm sure they work in the appropriate setup.

Build quality of this bulb is very good. The amount of light is similar to a 10w at 3000k. Bulb's length is 26mm excluding the 2 pins, which is 3-4mm longer than a 10w halogen bulb, so make sure your reflector has a little wiggle room. I've used it in my Ikea cabinet lights 6 hours daily for 4 months. It seems to hold up well. Will recommend.

The light quality is very goog. The color is true 2700K and not what many reviewers are finding.The bulb is NOT a true G4 halogen replacement as it is too large so chk your fixture before ordering.

I installed 11 of these in kitchen under cabinet lighting. Replacing halogon 12V 10W g4 bulb. Very tight fit to begin with. Once 5 were in I turned on and they seemed to work just a bit brighter than Halogen. Once all 11 were installed they flashed a few times and went out. I re-installed the Halogen and they worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
