Waist Trainer Corset for Weight Loss Women Workout Hourglass Body Shaper Tummy

I’m 5’1” and 116 lbs. I wear a size 2 pant and a small or extra small top. I ordered the small and within an hour of wearing it on the 1st row of button hooks (so the loosest setting) the seam split on the 2nd “row”. Also, I don’t have a surplus of fat around my midsection, yet somehow the way this is designed, made me look like I have rolls. It crumpled in on itself creating a very bumpy and unflattering appearance, exactly the opposite of what I was hoping for. Very poor quality. I don’t recommend.

I want to start by saying that this is a compression garment. It is not a corset and it is not a waist trainer. It will not have any extreme effect on the size of your waist, although it may slim it a bit (personally, it didn’t even do that). I did not realise until after purchase that the details claim these have steel boning. They do not. It is a very flexible plastic boning. I ordered the long torso and what I received was too short. I bought this to help with back strain, but due to it being too short, I don’t think it will work for me. If it wasn’t for the length, I do believe this would have helped.Also, don’t buy into claims that these aid in weight loss. You can’t “sweat away” weight (it’s water loss and you’ll gain it back) and compressing fat cells is only a temporary effect. If you want to try to fit into an item of clothing that’s just a bit too small, this might help you but it didn’t work for me.

I'm 5'3, I wear size 8 pants and medium or large shirts, so I sized up as recommended and got a 2x to make sure I had enough room. It was way too small, couldn't even wrap it around my whole body. Decided to get the biggest size they have 5x and it was still TIGHT but I could at least get it on if I laid down. Im currently on day 5 of wearing it and idk if it's just the corset that stretched or if it's actually starting to work, but now I can close it while standing. It was comfortable to wear the first few days, but now its getting annoying and its digging into me..Not sure how long I'll be able to deal, which sucks bc I was really excited

This is a great breathable corset. I wear a size 12 and needed the xxl size. love the long torso , I have already bought more

This item appears to be well made and fits as expected. It helps at the gym and at other times where a slimmer waistline is appreciated.

I owned one of this before & I absolutely loved it.. But it eventually got to big because I workout 5 days a week & do boxing... I've tried about 15-20 different waist/trainer/trimmers and ended up coming back to this one!!!! I ordered a small but it was just too tight & the steel boning was coming out just a little... I will be ordering the Medium!!! So hey.. Maybe size up if you are a little more Athletic muscular built like me 👍overall great waist trainer/trimmer!!

I've bought the exact same waist trainer from another seller for a slightly higher price. I liked it very much, but it has gotten old (2 years) so it was time for a new on. I purchased the "Long torso" trainer, because I am tall and the regular one would often ride up. This is a quality waist trainer for a good price. It smooths out my stomach when I wear jeans, but you can see the little clips if you wear a thin shirt or dress. I would recommend.

Great shaping and comfort, obviously may flip up if you have it too tight or bending a lot. Good for exercise depending on how much you bend, again. But generally stays in place very well. Actually helps with posture. Just started waist training, will update if I see permanent results. I'm a size 3x tall, fit as expected. I'm 5'7. Goes from under my boobs to the top of my hip bones. Sturdy material, doesn't feel cheap.Great product, will buy again if I get down a waist size 😉
