Hatchet much better than I was hoping for. Hand forged, Hair shaving sharp, perfect grain alignment on the handle. Exactly the size I wanted, great for attaching to your pack. Cuts with the ease of a chainsaw! Definitely a beautiful tool. Worthy of being passed down to my children. I feel the quality is just as good as a Wetterlings or GB. Highly recommendUpdate:10/22/17Tool has handled every task I have thrown at it with ease. Chopping, branching, feather sticks even use as a hammer. Especially splitting logs. The reason why you carry a hatchet. Don’t chance destroying a valuable expensive knife by using it for a task it isn’t designed for. Just keeps begging for more.
