If u received the rice cookers even for the spare open immediately and test it
I just open it and l found damage water cup it’s look like factory damage i didn’t see any piece of damage parts but I think the lid is look like used

Takes your money. Bad customer service. Bad product. Welbonco makes bad products.
Junk rice cooker. Also manufacturer provides shoddy commercial items. Would never buy anything from Welbonco ever again. Expect this rice cooker to not work in a few months. Go get a Panasonic or Zojirushi. Took my money and ran.
