is ayurvedic,, this is a good value,, easy to take,, the loose powder cakes up real easy,, so i now use capsules.

I take Shatavari for my menstrual cycle and this did nothing for me. I usually take organic India brand but thought I’d try this out since it was cheaper. Doesn’t smell like Shatavari and did not help my cycle at all. I actually bought the organic India during the same cycle after this failed to help me and sure enough the organic India produced results. I’m now left wondering if this is actually Shatavari and if not what the heck was I taking.
