Walker Products 235-1606 Camshaft Position Sensor

I chose this replacement for my Volvo 850 as it was cheap, it lasted a mere 2 and a half years, and when it went I hastily bought the same again thinking perhaps I was unlucky. It just failed again after just 10 months I won’t make the same mistake again, ordering the Bosch part now, more than twice the price but if it doesn’t result in a breakdown in a year it’ll be more than worth the extra $50. Don’t buy this!

Looks to be well made and on par with the bigger chain autoparts store quality but at a quarter of the price, well done. It's been 3 months of daily driving now and its still working.

Hard starting with this Walker product I switch to Bosch oem parts

Not sure why this one is so much cheaper than the others - the materials and build quality appear to be identical to the original sensor. Save your money and get this one - works perfectly.

Cheapest replacement I could find for my 1995 Volvo 850 T-5R. Works fine.

The sensor is perfect fit to the Cam but the connector that is suppose to plug into wiring harness does not work because it has a different connector
