Honestly, a while back I heard some radio talk show talking about having a movement so clean that a wipe afterwards came up clean and I honestly did not even know that was possible... I'll tell you what... I actually experienced that with this, combined with a little better diet and good hydration. I usually drink enough water, but rarely get the amount of fiber that I should be eating. This is a (obviously not ideal) substitute. If you feel like things aren't moving as well as they should, or if you're not getting a complete movement, a glass with a tablespoon or so of this every night for a few days fixed me right up. I'm trying to get more fiber in my diet now, so I don't use this regularly anymore, but it definitely did the job.A little tip - I've heard that fiber supplements shouldn't be taken at the same time as medications, because they can allegedly slow the absorption of medicine or make it less effective, which is why I took mine at night.
