Set this DVD up and turned it on, everything worked except the sound was off for the picture. When someone was talking the sound was behind. Sent it back. I really do not like giving bad reviews. The picture was great it was the sound that I was unhappy with.

its cheaply made, the remote is very cheap plastic, nothing is made well these days.

I like the quality of way it makes my movies look

I just wanted a not too expensive dvd player to play dvds on my secondary smart tv. the remote control does not work very good and the picture quality of the player has distortion in the background. I am not happy with this purchase and I wish that i would have chose a different make and model and paid a little more for the better quality.

Great customer service and support

The product was sold as "new" but it arrived in a untidy dinged box and the dvd player itself was slightly dinged in the front. The user manual was thumbed through so much, the paper looked as it had been soaked then left out in the sun too long. In the beginning, the player played fine but on the second disc (which played in my other dvd player), it was incapable of reading the dvd. After several trials, it finally played but often times had streaks on the screen (this didn't happen with my other dvd player on the same disc) and would skip episodes. When I shut the player off and turned it on, it would resume but after a second and a half visible hiccup. The player also would mysteriously start from power off. In a nutshell, it is an unreliable dvd player.

Well， is a good quality cd player. Remote control is esay isto understand and use. Display is fluency and nice.

What can one expect of a DVD player that costs only $27.99? Not much, it turns out. A pretty flimsy unit, with a DVD tray that comes out but won't go back all the way in by itself. The tray could only retract when I guided it back by hand. Even then, the picture just rolled on the screen - like in the olden days when a vertical hold button was on the TV. I sent the unit back for a refund.
