Record Breaking but not Earth Shattering
This is a review of SlimHDMI's, self proclaimed, 'World's Thinnest HDMI cable' - I wasn't particularly fussed that this uses gold plated connectors although I'm reliably assured that this is good. I didn't think twice either when it came to considering this as the cable of choice being that it's 'high speed' so, with all that in mind, you may be wondering why I bought this cable. Because it's short. I needed a short HDMI cable to connect from the TV to a raspberry pi and this did (and continues to do) the job. If SlimHDMI want to attempt to break more records by creating a cable even shorter then they're guaranteed at least one customer (and a new world record of course) but review stars shouldn't be taken away because of my whimsical preferences so they get the full 5 for this product.

No 4k HDR support
So i purchased this slim HDMI cable to tidy up the cable area behind my TV stand, initially going to use it for my PS4 Pro. However my Samsung Smart TV would not detect any input with this cable connected. I tried it with some other devices that are not 4K or HDR enabled and it seemed to work just fine. Looking at some of the reviews here, its evident others have experienced the same problem when trying to output 4K HDR, so i would stay clear if that is your intended purpose. The marketing is very misleading and i am disappointed.

Great for 1080p but Not 4K
This Cable was a life saver when I wall mounted my tv as someone at Sony forgot to vertically place the HDMI connector and put it in a horizontal position on the back. Ordinary HDMI cables stuck out to far so the tv would not fit flush to the wall. Enter this cable with its smaller footprint and all was well...... Until now that is as its claims to handle 4K are not the case with my cable. Its been doing 1080p no problem for months but a recent upgrade of kit using 4K has shown this cable cannot handle it and within seconds of switching on my 4K res PC the picture just flickers and disappears to give a black screen. I thought it was a fault with the PC to start with but a changing of cable to a different brand handled 4K fine so the offender was this cable. Its a shame really as its been brilliant up to now.

Good value cable, but not particularly thin
Useful cable with compact connectors, but the cable isn't particularly thin (I measured it at 5.6mm) – so I can answer the question they put in this product's title "The World's Slimmest HDMI Lead?" – no, it's not! The type A plug also showed signs of poor manufacturing quality as a chunk had been taken out of the blue metal surround and the black plastic underneath – as if a knife was used to trim off some sharp edges and the knife slipped! In the end returned it for a thinner alternative.

Save your money, this is not the cable you're looking for.
Shame about this cable, as I've bought a 1.5m and 6m cable from them and they both work just fine. But this one? Started off okay, didn't have any problems, and then would just randomly cut out for no reason? Black screening. I'd have to unplug and replug to get the picture back. And then not long after, same thing, black screen. I've now replaced the cable with a different hdmi 1.4 cable and that's worked so far without a hitch. Avoid this product.

Not heavy duty enough for intended use.
Lasted less than two weeks before the picture died. The cable is really stiff and seemingly easily broken inside by bending it beyond 90 degrees. Shame, because it is a slim cable and suited the purpose really well, it I can’t recommend something that doesn’t last beyond the first few uses.Just for clarification, this is set up as a DSLR to monitor feed on top of a gimbal. The cable barely moves while in use. Just coiling it up (not tightly) to put it in the bag seems to have damaged one or more of the wires inside. I went to use it for a job and it gave a little flicker, then died.

Brief period of usefulness
A brief period of usefulness... Sadly a short lifetime...This Slim HDMI lasted longer than its younger cousin - the 0.5 Slim HDMI Male Micro (Type D) to Male (Type A)but stopped working after the shortest of times despite careful handling. However the seller has offered to honour warranty and this is consistent with a caring seller.Thank You.

Great HDMI Cables.
These cables seem to be of a great quality. I purchased 4m length cables which are super slim and allowed me to neatly feed these behind a wall for a wall mounted TV. Really pleased with quality and sound/picture seems great. I would recommend these cables where space is tight. If you find this review helpful please click the button below many thanks.

As of 5/2020, only true slim HDMI offering greater than 10 ft.
My work desk requires a sizable length of cable in order to get a organized and well routed cable management. Of all the product offerings on Amazon as of 5/2020 which include big names like Amazon Basics, MonoPrice, CableMatters, SlimHDMI is the only product that offers truly slim cabling greater 10 ft. (3 meters). Additionally, the connectors are metal and compact which are perfect for tight fitting spaces.Granted I've only had the 13 ft. Classic SlimHDMI cable for about a week or so I've felt the need to write a review as I was surprised these folks were able to offer a product that's just what they say it is - slim.I can't comment on its abilities to display 4k or anything as I'm using this just for my work laptop and a 1440p monitor, but so far so good.I'll probably be buying from these folks again. Highly reccomend!

Excellent choice.
Great, very thin cable. Cable was run under carpet in a doorway and is not noticeable when walking over it. I found the cable to be flexible and very easy to work with. All functions of the cable work flawlessly. Highly Recommended.

It just works.
Cable is not quite as thin as some other slim cables out there, but those are not available longer than 15' where this one is. Love the compact "plug" ends that do not stick out far from the HDMI port

Good quality cable and perfect short length
Perfect cable length and quality for my ATN X-Sight rifle scope. Bought a cheap 7” display on Amazon with hdmi input and connect scope to the display for vermin control during night hours.

Very Stable Cable
Worth every penny. I only wish it was a tad bit shorter, but with proper cable management everything will be fine. Won't break the budget.

Awesome product!!
Totally did the trick. Go rid of the ugly visible wire by extending the shirt one I had run through the wall! Product was perfect!!

Junk
Does not support higher bit rate HDMI signals. Had to remove, because of massive flickering.

High quality cable with exact dimensions I needed
Very high quality cable. It is the exact length I needed with compact size “ends” which allow it to get into a tight space for my computer monitor. Zero issues and would absolutely purchase again.
