Helping Hands Soldering Aid

This is a very helpful tool. I make jewelry and use it to hold small rings when I need to solder them closed. Is nicely weighed and holds in place. I don't need to be concerned that it will move. Acts like a third hand. Recommend this.

not exactly the best quality of finish. The wing-nuts are small and hard to manage. If you don't screw it all tight enough, the clips fall off and the arms bend around. (Tight enough, as in use a pair of pliers).

Sturdy based and strong supports. Delivered quickly so I could get my project under way. Just in case someone isn't paying attention to the description, this does not include a magnifying glass in case you are looking for that one.

The finish on all the parts is a little rough, I had to pry one of the alligator clips open, but they do what they're supposed to do. They are a good bargain for occasional use.

Simple useful tool for holding something while your hands are doing something else. It is very adjustable and has a nice heavy stand for good stability.
