Probably broke every rule, but used adapters to reduce the pipe to 10mm then placed inline in the car coolant system, no leaks, and allows the coolant pressure to be released in a safe way. This a temporary installation as I am trying to identify a engine problem which is causing the antifreeze to turn to brown sludge, looks like the head gasket needs to be replaced, but the sludge will still need to be removed once repaired.

This filter is being used in my well system to clean the raw well water for auto watering the garden.The spin down function works well but sometimes it is necessary to pull out the filter and manually wash it to get rid of very fine and clingy sediment.

Had an issue with manganese descaling from my supply pipe and blocking the dishwasher etc. I find this filter works a treat.

Used as a pre filter for my spring water collection setup. Easy to fit (use plenty of PTFE to be sure) convenient drain on the bottom to remove silt/objects. Would recommend

No problem with shipment. Returned without installation as there is no route through the unit for water. The outlet end is sealed shut and the inlet is open to both sides of the filter. There is no way this unit could work and I am weary of installing anything with such low quality control on an indoor mains pressure water supply.
