Excellent period product
I bought the CROING menstrual cup 4months ago but was reluctant to make the transition from pads to cup due to fear of leakage. However, last month I decided to take a leap of faith with the cup.INSERTION: Having never used a cup before, I must say it was a bit of work getting it in place but after about four attempts following the instructions on the box,I was beginning to get a hang of it. I found the 'punch down' technique to be the most efficient for me.SIZING: The pack contains two large and two small cups with both calibrated at the 7.5ml and 15ml marks. The large cup however does have room for extra 10ml to reach full capacity, while the small has extra space for about 5ml to full capacity. I decided to use the large size because i thought my periods were heavy, but, 6 hours later on day1, the cup was only 7.5ml full.LEAKPROOF: On the first trial, i wore a panty liner for extra protection and did have a little leakage, thus suggesting that the cup was not inserted properly. After few more trials, i had found the most effective way to insert cup to achieve full seal with no leaks.COMFORT: I observed that if the cup is inserted too high up the cervix, it causes massive cramps. Infact, I could only bear the cramps for about 3minutes before taking it out and re-inserting properly, after which, I could barely notice it was in there.REMOVAL: To take the cup out, I found that sitting on the toilet and bearing down slowly while pinching the bottom of the cup makes it easy to break the suction seal, then the cup can be pulled out easily.CLEANING: After emptying cup, it is best to rinse properly with cold water first before using hot water else the cup discolours quickly and also retains smell of blood for longer. From my experience, this brand is of excellent quality, does the job and is fairly easy to use.Using a menstrual cup might seem daunting at first, but, it does get easier and more comfortable on subsequent trials. I'm really pleased with my experience and will continue to use the menstrual cup.

These are a game changer
Iβve struggled for almost 5 years with heavy painful periods. I donβt enjoy pads theyβre uncomfortable and unclean and tampons seem to work as a plug and never soaked up a thing so I was also left with a blockage and I would spend the first 24 hours of my period in my house. I tried the disks at first and I just went to say do not waste your money, theyβre huge and do not work and you have to get your whole arm up there to even try get it in place. These cups however are a game changer, they donβt go that far up and they just perfectly fit in place catching your flow. Theyβre easy to remove and clean and you cannot feel them when in. Iβve gone from changing painful tampons once an hour to wearing a cup for 6 hours a day. I can go for up to 12 hours on the lighter days. Iβve just give 4 star as sometimes you do get some spotting but nothing heavy and can take some rearranging and you will end up just slightly more messy than a tampon during changing so you need a sink by you. Other than that my pain had reduced and I no longer get the pre period anxiety!

Life saver
I honestly do not know how I have survived my periods without this product for so many years! Okay I am a heavy bleeder, when I say heavy I mean abnormal. So this has been a game changer for me. First try I used the small one for obvious reasons that I wasnβt sure if it will be comfortable. It was messy first to find way to pull it out and put it in. After 3 tries I got it right.Ever since I enjoy my time even when I am on my periods. I donβt worry about checking if I have messed up my skirt after sitting downWhen itβs full you will feel it and you will know itβs time to empty it.I empty mine 24 times during the course of 3 days thatβs how heavy I bleed. I put a Pantyliner in case of some leaks. If you do not insert it the right way and it somehow doesnβt open when inserted then you will definitely leak.First month I had terrible pains but now it went away. I would have gladly taken the pain killers than go back to pads honestly. This product has changed my life because before I would cancel all social activities when Iβm on my periods and will feel so depressed and waking up almost every hour at night to change my pad was a nightmare

Not suitable if you have a high cervix
I am a first time user and now thinking where i have been all these years without even knowing that such thing like the menstrual cup exists :) I had no issues with inserting and comfort of wearing this menstrual cup. Product is good in general. Easy to use and clean, no leaks when inserted correctly and perfect for a light/average flow as you don't have to change it for 12hrs. You dont even feel that you wear it until its time to get it out. Now here comes the issue... As the cup migrates up, molds to the shape of your body and the seal is pretty good, it is a nightmare to get it out if you have a high cervix. I personally think that the stem is too short hence you will have to spend quite a lot of time trying to grip the stem and gently coax it down to reach the base of the cup, pinch it to break the seal and get the cup out.I defo recommend this cup to all girls with low/medium cervix but if you are like me with a very high cervix, go for a different cup with a longer stem or longer shape to avoid the panic and time spent trying to get it out .

Never going back to pads
I wish wish wish I would have bought these soo ner. I heard there was a learning curve to using these, so I assumed leaks would happen. That would be a no! I've used this 3 months in a row and not one leak. You forget that you are wearing these, you forget you even have your period. And I don't know if it's the product but I usually have horrendous cramps during my time of the month and they have lessened dramatically since using this. I know some people would be put off by having to take it out, it's really not that bad. And I'm now going to save hundreds of dollars on sanitary products and make less trash for the environment. It's a win/win/win. Can't recommend it enough. So easy, and more sanitary. Love it so much!

Don't know how to use it. Freaked myself out
Followed all those videos on Youtube, managed to get it in - but was overly successful Over the course of the day, I could hear weird popping noises and by the end of the day, thing has travelled up so far into my body, it was almost Point of No Return. Tried it twice and the second time was worse. It was practically greeting my intestines. Will try to give this away...(There are a few, so I'll give the new ones away)

Amazing quality for the price
I've been a menstrual cup user for years. I have tried so many different ones and I finally settled on the diva cup as it was one of the only ones that was comfortable enough for me to wear. And was looking to replace my cup and I stumbled across these and I thought why not they're cheap. These are amazing! If I did not know any different I would think they were a diva cup. They are comfortable, they're easy to remove, even my three daughters who range from 13 to 20 use these and think they're great. I recommended these to all my friends who use menstrual cups and several of them have switched and they love them too.

Great!!
I recently came to the problem that I could no longer use tampons or pads, my body rejected them both suddenly. I bought these and was scared to use them at first. Itβs a little difficult when first starting but once you get used to it, I wouldnβt go back! I canβt even feel them when theyβre in, hold a lot (which I was also worried about because I have a heavy flow) and makes me feel a lot more comfortable and clean than a tampon or pad ever did. Will definitely buy more soon to have extras on hand
