I have been taking these for years now to help control my blood sugar. Of course diet and exercise are the key, but I think they work well enough to keep taking them. They are easy to swallow and the price is right.

I recently started taking cinnamon powder for some of its health benefits, and I tried both ground cinnamon and the NOW cinnamon capsules. By far, this is more convenient--take a couple of pills a day, and you don't have to worry about mixing cinnamon in with other things to make it palatable. The capsules come apart easily in case you do want to use it like loose cinnamon. It's a good value, too. Each 120 capsule bottle contains a total of 72 grams of cinnamon, about 2.5 ounces. To buy a bottle of an ounce and a half of loose ground ceylon cinnamon from wholespice actually costs more, once you factor in shipping. All in all, good value, good product, and the cinnamon itself is very tasty. (Jury is still out on the purported health benefits).
