As I grow older my giant lumberjack hands make it increasingly more difficult to color inside the lines. This wouldn't be a problem except that my kid is now old enough to learn the value of defeat. Twice before I purchased this amazing product they were actually able to color inside the lines faster and smother than I.After an eternity (two days) my secret weapon arrived. I've been undefeated since.Does it always end in me rubbing wax laden construction paper in their little face? Yes. Are there tears a plenty? Yes. Have I once again established dominance? Certainly.This is an amazing crayon holder, parenting is difficult, but I feel I'm doing a better job at it when holding something as securely as I hold this crayon.Final note, since I started using this the wrist strap has kept me from breaking many a crayon in an elated victory dance. I shout, jump, and swing about with vigor it feels so wonderful, and secure. Usually it's this point they start to cry a bit. Teaching children is the best, you get to be a parent for such a brief moment that it's lost on most folks.

great tool ,looks great, u gut got to buy the right type of crayons not the home depot ones wich ruined my other one when it melted because of the sun and was never able to put another one in,u need industrial crayons from dixon

NOT DIXON. This is an imitation and is made of plastic. The crayons barely fit into this and the bottom where you load is flimsy. Its working ok, but the quality is less than I thought it would be.

It's a lumber marker holder. Not much to screw up here. These have a tendency to go missing so I ordered a few extra at this low price.

Great crayon holder ...but they forgot the leather tassel. Picture clearly shows a leather tassel on the end of it.

use this for land survey work, in survey equipment stores you would pay upwards of twice the cost here and its identical to any other brand in equipment stores, highly recommend this, increases usable area of crayon and prolongs life of your crayons while protecting from breaks

I bought this and there was no black cap on the top of the holder and the threads were stripped where you put on the lock nut

Made completely out of cheap plastic and brittle wood. It even came with a piece of wood chipped off the tip. Threads are trashed and the thing squeaks when you tighten it.2 stars because it will probably still do the job it was meant to do.

This thing won't last a day on a job site. I'm no expert in wood species but its about as solid as balsa Wood. The threads on the tip are already DOA.Definitely not worth it. Another object for the land fills
