Excellent Product
This is a great kit for someone who just purchased a new firearm and is starting from scratch. You will have everything you need for your first few cleanings, and the amount of solvent and lube will last you a long time. If you don't know a lot about Frog Lube, the first thing you need to know is that you need to remove all factory grease (on a new gun) or all other petroleum products that have been used on the firearm before your initial use, and this kit gives you the solvent to remove those pervious oil based products.I highly recommend watching you tube videos on how to apply frog lube. It is a very different procedure from your typical gun cleaning and lubricating products. I have been using this on a brand new Glock 19 Gen 4 and the results have been wonderful. I started by using the solvent to remove all factory grease. You then liberally apply Frog Lube all over the slide and frame (I worked in sections), making sure not to apply it in the few places you should not lube a lock (see manual). You then use a hair blow dryer to heat up the gun which allows the metal to expand and bond with the frog lube. After that you let it sit for an hour before wiping everything off. The results are that your gun will extremely easy to clean after a session at the range. Most carbon deposits simply wipe away. So while the initial time investment may be substantial, your cleanings every time there after will be greatly shortened and much easier. After firing 250 rounds I can have my lock back to looking brand new in about 15 minutes.Make sure you read the directions and watch some videos to get more details on how to apply as my instructions are certainly abbreviated. The best part about Frog Lube is that it is plant based, good for the environment, and it smells really nice. I have no qualms about using this in my living room. Happy shooting. Be safe.

Great stuff
This stuff is amazing. Keeps everything sealed and lubed. Everything just wipes off without scrubbing or solvent. I used this stuff on my SR1911 probably 10 years ago and I only just added another coat and it honestly probably didn't even need it. It's a bit of a process to use but definitely worth the time.

Great stuff
I think I have used almost every type of oil and solvents on the market. I have also used motor oil and pretty much every other thing everyone else has used. This is the best stuff. I tested it on a number of guns. It keeps carbon build up to a minimum making clean up way easier. On the full auto guns I used it on it kept the heat WAY down and allowed the autos to run the smoothest I have ever seen. SO the best part about this stuff is that it is environmentally friendly. I am not some sandal wearing tree hugger that drives an electric car but I do try to do my part. The fumes are not toxic, smells like bengay or pepto, so it doesn't stink too bad. It does make your guns smell the same way which is strange to me but not a big deal. Since the stuff is non toxic I also don't feel bad about cleaning my guns on the kitchen table.

Works great as far as I can tell
Works great as far as I can tell. It's a pain to have to use heat every time you clean your firearm though. Also, use the liquid in the tube for working parts instead of paste. When the parts are hot and paste applied it melts quickly and looks good going in, but because you cannot wipe it out of all the areas, when it cools down there is gobs greasy frog lube left in all the nooks and crannies. These seem to be gathering places for residue. On the good side, it seems to clean well and it does a great job lubricating.

Awesome!
Ok, I admit it. I was highly skeptical, but after watching upteen YouTube videos, I decided to take the plunge. WOW does this stuff work great! I was AMAZED at how much better the lubrication is! As a guy, I was embarrassed to have to buy a hair dryer, but the hair dryer heated the slide in about 20 seconds, and I after applying, I came back an hour later and buffed it off, and the gun was so smooth, and required no grease! Given the simple design of Glocks, I was reluctant to use it on my more complicated SIg Sauer, but I did and it solved a significant friction problem with the Sig! I prefer to buy American made products, and the fact this was developed by a Navy SEAL made it even better! Nice work, Froglube team, great product!

Works great
Seems to do the trick. It seems to work well to protect and lubricate firearms. Maybe a little on the pricey side but it goes a long way. I haven’t noticed and cycling issues or unusual wear with this. The solvent is good for grease and gunk, but you’ll need to scrub for carbon and corrosion as you’d expect. It doesn’t seem to stain wood, it cleans up easy, I like the smell, and I like that it is nontoxic.

So smooth
Smoothest glide I've ever felt. Hard to believe this stuff is made from coconut oil. Will only be using Frog Lube from now on!

LOVE THIS STUFF!
I love this stuff. First off its a funny name. I tossed it to my sister there other day and said smell this lube and she kinda freaked out. I thought it was funny though. As far as how it works on the weapons, well I haven't found anything better. I live in a very humid climate and I have zero rust on my weapons. I followed the instructions, warmed the parts up with the woman's hair dryer and just used a finger to rub some of this stuff on and wiped off with the micro fiber towel provided. The weapon looks dry but it is slick kinda like black ice. It doesn't look like its there but trust me it is. The woman loves it too due to the smell. It smells like fresh mint!
