Does the job as described
Used this to repair a corroded/leaking engine oil pan on a vintage automobile.

Take your time, surface prep is key.
The oil pan on my race car had a "cold" weld at a fitting. It was difficult to find. I allowed the oil to drain away from the "crack" for a few days. Sanded the area with 60 grit cloth, and wire brushed to remove any and all paint. Cleaned with Chemtool. Applied a liberal amount of epoxy with popsicles sticks. I allowed the epoxy to cure for 24 hours. I used my heat gun on a low setting to help cure the epoxy. Added oil a day later. No leaks. Subsequent inspections, no leaks. Take your time. Avoid applying in cold conditions, to avoid running, and dripping epoxy. I was applying the epoxy in an overhead position.

Great
I used this product to glue my car mirror back on. It has worked very well and it has not melted at all. The only issue I have with this product is you have to sit there for about 15 to 20 minutes holding onto the product you are gluing on. It is not harden fast at all so itโs a little complicated. Maybe using a little fan would help but Either way itโs exhausting to hold onto some thing for that long.

Excellent!
It does what it's intended to do. No problems what so ever.

It does not work as claimed by the manufacturer.
Easy to work with but itโs failed all five times Iโve used this on metal. I clean the metal thoroughly with denatured alcohol before applying and clamping the parts together. The first use was gluing a carbide strip to a flat piece of O2 steel. The next four applications were equally as flat surfaces as the carbide to O2 application. Those four applications were gluing together pieces of low carbon steel 1/18โ thick. I used some CA glue with accelerator on all 5 after they failed with this epoxy designed for metal. The CA glues continue to hold their bond. I do not recommend this product.

Not as good as they say
It says for all types of metal but I disagree used on aluminum and did a lot of prep before using did not adhere well to aluminum frame broke away when sanded

One of the Strongest Epoxies available
This epoxy is strong and water proof. Great when you need a bond to last a long time.

I used this to mend a weeping petrol tank bracket on a motorcycle. Braising would have ruined the paint. I took a long time preparing it back to bare metal and sanding the metal for a good key The product is easy to mix and work ...It's a little bit runny but that can work for you as it creeps into the joint and it's easy to get a smooth joint. I did this on a hot day and it sets VERY quickly. Like 5mins tops before it goes off so you need to plan and I did mine in 2 mixes. My goodness it is hard. You can't even scratch it with a screwdriver. I'm not going to try to break it (obviously) but is seems incredibly strong and certainly no leak now. Like all adhesives, surface prep' is vital or it won't bond to the metal. I would recommend it as the strongest epoxy I have used.
