Nicoko 24 Key RF Remote Wireless RGB LED Strip Controller for all of RGB Lights

Lost my previous remote while out on a ride. Ordered this one and worked perfectly out of the box.

I bought the 120W 22in Nicoko Light Bar in December of 2018. Loved it. Installed great, worked as advertised, no complaints.My car was broken into in late January. Among the many items stolen was the Remote Control. Any RGB Features were rendered useless.Long story short- after numerous emails back and forth with Nicoko, and then sending not one, but TWO WRONG replacement parts that did not enable me usage, here it is April, and I have not been able to use the light bar for 2 and a half months now.They sent me THIS remote, that did NOT work.They sent me a new wiring harness and controller that “should work with the remote we sent.”I already had my bumper off and spent a day mounting the light and running wires originally, I don’t want to run all those wires again! I should NOT have to do that again.Why is it so hard to send me the original, 20-Key Remote that came with the bar in the first place?Very, very frustrating.Pros: the bar works great, as it is supposed to. Nicoko DID send out parts (they didn’t work) and DID communicate semi-good.Cons: Just DO NOT lose the remote or require any customer assistance; it is useless with little hope of or promise of a fix.

Well first off let's start with the lights working, when they work they are very nice. I bought two sets of lights. The first set I installed worked great, for about 45 seconds, the driver that controls the lights burned out. I know this because I wired in the second driver in its place and everything worked fine. Now I can't get continued correspondence with them to get a replacement sent out. BTW the remote has a good 25' range but the factory batteries didn't last very long.

i lost my original one so i contacted the seller of the nicko remotes and he sent me a link for this product. it works great.

I had order the set of the 4 inch light pods with LEDs and they were great. I had them for about a half a year and someone broke into my truck and one of the things they stole was my remote. I contact the seller and they say they can't do anything about it even though I was still under the one year warranty and even though I had a police report that I could have provided them at the time and told them so. So now it is over a half a year later and I can finally get my hands on one of the replacement remotes and the thing doesn't even work and there are no instructions on how to pair it or anything. I have spent an hour trying to find a way to get into contact with customer support like last time but they have taken that info down off of their page so now I'm down around a hundred bucks with the cost of the pods, the replacement remote and the cost of what it took to get the pods installed in the first place and still have nonworking lights.

Cannot get it to connect to my 50 inch light bar just ordered it and won’t work.
