4 Panel Solid Wood Folding Pet Dog Gate Strong and Durable with 2 Way Hinges

A bad product in so many ways. Not solid wood. Very light weight. The panel was not glued properly and came apart the day we got it. Do not buy this product!

After reading the description this sounded like exactly what we needed to keep our dogs from getting into the living room as the space that needed to be covered is 102" wide. Since it was going to be almost fully extended I bought two of the feet that are matched with it so it has the support. The design of the supports are ridiculous. The way it works is you put the support over the bottom of the fence. It elevates it about two inches off the ground. Unfortuneately the weight of the fence over rides what the support can handle so the whole thing falls apart and the fence falls over. I was not about to buy two or three more sets of the supports at $15.00 per set to see if using six or eight of them would work better. It doesn't stop there. The hinges between the panels fall apart making it even more wobbly on top of my previous issue. Also, it doesn't appear they glued anything. The bottom of this gate separates from the rest of it. The whole thing is just one big mess. I would give it no stars but you have to give it at least one. I am heading on a three week biz trip so I really don't have the time or energy to hassle with returning this thing. It is probably fine if you are going to make a total enclosure and keep rabbits or something in it. Don't waste your money.

This gate is horrible. I received it today and there was a lot of splintered wood on the gate. It should have had some sort of a polyeurothane on it . If anyone touches it they’re going to get splinters. Mine doesn’t seem strong and durable as indicated. Very disappointed and will be sending it back.

If this pet gate was properly finished I would probably keep it. But it has many bare spots where stain was missed, and the slats are rough with many slivers waiting to wound an unsuspecting hand. “Strong and durable” are not words I would use to describe this pet gate, but it would have been adequate for my little 10 lb dog. The 2-way hinges are a good feature, but I will be returning this pet gate. It is poorly finished and not worth the price.

Product is as described. This was the widest gate we could find so figured we'd give it a try. Unfortunately our puppy is very smart and knocked it right over. We use it in a different space now and it works well there.

Not glued well

It seems to be made out of lightweight balsa wood but the simple appearance of a barrier is enough to deter our 90 lb tortoise from climbing the steps onto the patio. Hinged gate feature is a big plus.
