tm ADV PRO Custom Signs/LED Signs/Edge Lit Signs/Your Own Design (24x16 inches, Purple)

Got this as a surprise for my boyfriends video editing room and a birthday present. Initial shipping was way sooner than listed but the light strip was faulty. I reached out to ask for a refund as I didn’t have time to replace the gift or wait for the repair piece. Then I forgot about item for a while as it has been hung up unlit. He still loved it and wowed over the engraving and quality. Soon enough ADVPRO reached out over our initial issue and replaced the entire sign to a new beautiful, brightly lit and well laid out sign. He hung it proudly in his background view of his webcam and it lights the room up at night time perfectly. I would buy again in a heart beat and after seeing them go above and beyond to replace such a custom, personal gift meant a lot to me. 9/10. Only minus the one point for the first attempt having a bad light strip. These things happen but stepping up to fix them usually doesn’t.

Vey nice. I have a genuine neon sign, which is blue, and i had my custom sign made blue. The shades are almost identical. Obviously, you can tell this is not a neon sign. But it is nice to see it fits right into my collection. It is not as bright as a neon sign, and it seems to emit less light than the other product i purchased from this seller, but that is ok because it is really nice. Cable is very short, but the design came just as i asked. Perfectly replicated. I had an issue getting the amazon app to let me upload what i wanted, so i sent them an email and they went ahead and confirmed the new design and got to work right away. My only issue aside from the length of the wire is the bar that holds the led has a scratch where the paint came off and its visible from far away. But that is ok, i plan to move and where i will be moving the spot ill put this in will be dark enough at all times where the light emitted along with the design will be the only thing you will see.

This sign turned out AMAZING! I designed it for a gift and it was a huge success. They actually sent me a picture of it before it was made so that I could approve it. The sign was delivered on time and looks fantastic. What a great personalized gift! I'm thinking of ordering more for friends. The green color looks great at night and really glows. The attached pic is on a white stucco wall so it would look a little different on a flat surface. We LOVE IT! Getting the right pictures is the hard part but designing it was fun. I'd definitely recommend this.

I usually start with a list of PRO's, but this CON is just too important. Why on gawd's green earth wouldn't you make these with a battery pack? Three AAA batteries fit into the top PERFECTLY, and they would power it for hours! Instead, you put a cord onto it, and expect us to hang it up? What do I do with the cord, then? Unless I'm hanging it on a wall, and have a power outlet within a few feet, I'm screwed! So shortsighted! Other than that, it's perfect! I got it in purple, and the lettering glows like a real neon sign! The people who are complaining that "it's not a real neon sign" must be at least partially illiterate, because the ad clearly states that. And did you think you'd get a custom neon sign at this price? Plus, who wants to deal with a product that contains a noble gas, anyway? Such a hassle! This one's perfect (except for the power cord, of course).

I was looking for some type of neon sign for my first ever Mancave. I scoured ebay, google stores and of course amazon. I never thought I would be able to actually make my own sign/custom logo! And for such an affordable price! These guys were top notch. Kept in communication with me all along the way, emailing back and forth my design until my specification was satisfied. I had to utilize an extension cord as my placement was much higher. The cord can also be a nuisance, but at night-when it is used most often and the lights are off- I can hardly tell that it is there. The hardest part was probably thinking of what I would include in my neon sign. Eventually I found it and couldn't be more satisfied with something that I have created and seeing it hanging on my wall. They were thorough in making sure the sign looked the way I wanted it to. I was able to verify what it would look like via email and they had me confirm prior to sending it. It turned out perfect! I couldn't decide on color so I selected the multi and I'm glad I did. Tbh I didn't realize it was shipping from Hong Kong but with that said they provided all tracking info which made it nice to see where it was in the process and ended up getting here 4 days earlier than anticipated.

Got this for my father for his Man Cave garage. He built a RYOBI bench and this was icing on the cake. Very nice and BRIGHT. We recently polished the floor and this sign lights up half the garage! LOOKS AMAZING! I have bought several of these for myself and other family members. Got one in a weight room. Another right next to a gun cabinet. All look AWESOME! Will buy more down the road. Great product Better than I expected

Purchased this for a friends 40th for her back garden bar. Product arrived well before the delivery day, which was good because they quoted a dat after her birthday. Product is good quality and looks amazing x

for the money paid I'm not happy. Came with finger prints all over which when the sign is turned on it looks really tacky. The power cord is so short its not possible to hang the sign where I want without getting a new socket fitted. I mean with a sign like these why would you want the cable running right next too the sign. It should be hidden away but its that short its not possible to hide, the on/off switch hangs right next too it. Also it came slightly damaged.
