This little book is perfect for preparing for vacation to France. I have been studying with CDs but needed to see words in print, and this book provides that. It also includes brief explanation about the sounds and pronunciation. And of course then there are the actual phrases. It's thin, will be easy to carry during my travels, and a great value.

Refreshing my memory of forgotten French terms. Perfect!!

Even as a beginner, I caught several mistakes throughout this book. That said, I still appreciate it for the ease of use, how it was organized and usefulness. Very affordable and useful. If it cost more, I think the errors would be more glaring. As it is, I found it useful for our upcoming trip to France.

It is VERY helpful, and very easy to use. I have been learning French using Rosetta Stone. It works well, but I also like to learn more grammar by visualizing it, as well as seeing the phonetic spellings of French language in English. Easy French Phrase Book is organized well and compliments what I have been learning on the computer program. I got one for my daughter to refer to while traveling in France. She speaks English, is fairly fluent in Spanish. This book helps her see similarities among the 3 languages as well as provide a quick, easy reference as needed in a country where she does not speak the language. I also purchased this book in Spanish and am considering seeing if it is available in German and Italian.

Some words are off but it’s isedul

we bought it because it was cheap, and only a little over 100 pages. But it turned out to be very handy while in France for 2 weeks. Well organized, as the chapters are based on the activity--eating, shopping, travel, etc. So you can flip quickly to the page you need. It also gives you phonetic pronunciation for all of the phrases. If most French people didn't already speak english fairly well, I wouldn't have survived without this book.

Great book with some good french phrases. Although not every french phrase is directly translated from the english, this is 100% the best book you will find for this price. Most books are 5 times this price! Im Very very happy with this.

This is an excellent little book. It has a lot of useful French phrases that show up the proper pronunciation of each word. It also covers the basics of French vocabulary. You'll recognize a lot of words already, but even if you've studied French for years in school, this book will help you learn new words and how to actually speak French. At %5, you can't beat this book..
