Better than I expected
I got this for my husband, and at the risk of posting a candid and potentially embarrassing review, I think it may help others in the decision to order. My husband is 5'11", and around 315lbs. He has been heavy all his life, and has a significant "chest" area. Whether from obesity or gynocomastia, it's an issue that has greatly affected his self-confidence. As we make an effort to address the underlying issues, and try to make healthier choices for both of us, I wanted to try something to help him now. He is currently training and making connections for a great promotion. Meeting a lot of new people and having to dress professionally. I purchased this undershirt, hoping it would provide some level of support. Enough to help ease his self-confidence in his business polo's. I bought the 3xl, which was tight going on, but worked amazingly. He is not "flat as a board", and there is still a little bounce, but they are significantly reduced and firm. He is a little worried about chafing around the arm holes, but has get to wear it for a full day. I liked that the stomach area is not binding, but that's my personal opinion. It made a HUGE difference in his chest area. He was surprisingly understanding and accepting of my decision to go ahead and make this purchase, but less so when he found out the cost. Economically, it is quite expensive to get enough of these to avoid doing daily laundry. I just wanted to try it, to see if it would help in a more "extreme" case, and it really did. I will definitely be purchasing more with my tax refund, because his appearance and confidence are so important right now. If he gets this new job, and continues to make great connections and advancements, $35 wouldn't hurt as bad as it does now. Thank you for this product.

Very good
I got an xsmall and it fits pretty well. I am an ftm who is 5'3" and 140ish lbs. I really have little to no breasts to speak of and this binder got me flat as a board (keep in mind I have no slabs of fat on my chest to begin with) VERY good for working out. Only 4 stars tho because the first time I wore it it chaffed my nips a little but the second time is absolutely fine so maybe that was a fluke.

This kinda works but it doesn't really flatten as much as I'd like (and I don't really have too much to flatten). The bottom part also stretched out really easily which decreases its effectiveness fast.
