Best muffin tin, you won't be disappointed!
Needed to replace my current "non-stick" muffin tin as it wasn't cutting it when baking egg based, savory muffins in it. I own some other bakeware pieces of this brand and have been very happy with them, so got this muffin tin for baking my egg bites and such. Used it this weekend and was extremely impressed with how well it baked (nice even growing) and released my egg bites, absolutely no "stickage' whatsoever. Very easy to handwash, so the fact that it is not recommended to put it in the dishwasher isn't an issue for me. Love that it's made in America and is a family owned business too. As a retired chef, I believe that for the price, quality and longevity this company's bakeware is the best you can buy!

Best pan out there!
I've been baking a long time and have dozens of pans, while I love small cakes, making them is a pain at times, but this pan is the game changer! I really love the USA Pan's brand, their pans are perfect in every way. This pan is so easy to use, a light spray of oil and all cupcakes popped right out zero sticking and no teflon or paper liners needed, which is a huge plus on small cupcakes/mufins! Fast, easy clean up, worth buying a new pan!

Makes Great Muffins!
I bought these to replace my old rusty 'non-stick' muffin tins. These tins are high quality and excellent value for the money. These work well and I have had great success with making muffins so far in these pans. They are not skimpy and will make decent size muffins or cupcakes. I made a recipe that was supposed to make 6 muffins but I was only able to fill 5 of these with the batter. They cook evenly and seem to distribute and hold heat well. They are heavy, not flimsy at all. They have a really nice silicone non-stick coating but I still use liners or spray. Due to the coating, they are very easy to clean.

Superb quality and ease of use
I first developed my extreme affection for this brand of cookware when I bought a couple of round pizza pans. They are so amazing that you have to be careful when pulling your pizza out of the oven because the pizza will literally slide right off it, no matter how sticky your homemade crust might have been before you baked it. That's how completely non-stick they are.Slowly but surely, I've been replacing all of my sheet pans with these USA Pans, and now I'm branching out to other bakeware. This cupcake/muffin pan was one of my latest additions. I've had both regular metal and silicone muffin pans, and of the two, I preferred the silicone. However, with a full dozen cupcakes or muffins, that thing was downright floppy, and even though the cupcakes/muffins didn't stick to it as much as they did a metal pan, it was still hard to release them at times. I also hated using liners because they're so hard to peel off baked goods at times.I made a batch of muffins with this pan yesterday and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy this. I didn't grease the pan at all, just poured the batter straight in without liners. Once the muffins had cooled, I nudged them a little bit and they came right out of the pan with nothing more than a couple of crumbs left behind. I had twelve perfectly baked, gorgeous muffins without any fighting with the pan.Cleaning these is such a snap too. Even if residue sticks to them, all you need to do is gently run a wet sponge or dishcloth over them and whatever is on them comes right off. I haven't used this pan yet to make blueberry muffins, but I've roasted berries on my USA Pan jellyroll pan and even the caramelized juice comes right off just by wiping the pan.As if the ease of use isn't enough of a sales point, these are by far the sturdiest pans I've ever owned. They are a little heavier than typical pans, but they don't warp like other, flimsier pans I've owned. They're extremely well constructed, and as soon as you pull them from the box, you'll be struck by the quality. The only downside to these is that you can't use metal implements with them because you risk scratching the coating, and they do have to be hand-washed. I prefer all of my cookware to be dishwasher safe, but for these I'm willing to deal with hand-washing.The thing is, I'm not even a baker. I don't typically rave about pans, but I've told everyone I know about these. Between the non-stick surface, the easy of cleanup, the sturdiness, and the fact that they're made in the U.S., they're pretty much perfect. I now own a total of eight USA Pans with plans to purchase more. Every time I buy one, I immediately want to order another to replace another piece of my old, inferior bakeware.

The Perfect Muffin Pan For Me
I bought this pan to make corn bread muffins to keep in the freezer for a "quick bread". My husband eats bread with every evening meal and sometimes we're out of baked bread. I also tend to make Southwestern dishes fairly often with leftovers so there's no advance notice. I just open the frig...see the right leftovers and start cooking. Corn bread muffins to the rescue for the "must have" bread that fits the occasion perfectly. So....I just received this pan a few weeks ago.I've been experimenting with different corn bread muffin recipes so I've already used the pan 4 times. That was enough for me to form an opinion on this item. I love it~ I purchased 500 name brand cup cake liners really cheap here on Amazon so I'll use them for anything I bake in this pan. The instructions on the cardboard sleeve it comes in says it's not recommended to use cooking spray and I'm too lazy to grease each tin individually with butter...lol. There's a learning curve to using this pan.First of all, it really holds heat quite well. It's almost like cooking with cast iron. This is nice solid pan with good weight to it. You have to learn that a little lower heat than listed in the recipe or a little shorter cooking time might be the way to go with some recipes. My muffin recipe called for a 400 degree oven. That was too hot and caused the bottom of the muffins to get too dry before the top of the muffins got that nice golden tinge to them. I use a 375 degree oven and take the muffins out when the toothpick comes out of the center dry instead of judging by the color of the top of the muffin which is a nice rich, deep yellow instead of golden brown. After playing around with a few batches I've got it down pat and produce perfect muffins every time. I'm looking forward to trying other recipes too. This is a nice pan to bake with so I might do a little more baking. Clean up is a breeze too. Any little drips of batter I've baked on comes off with a soft soapy sponge. This is not dishwasher safe.
