Doesn't hold much heat compared to other brands. Awkward to use. Returning.

A good size for neck, shoulder, knee, elbow. Freezes quickly and loses temp slowly. I wish it were more flexible, but otherwise am satisfied.

I have multiple medical problems which cause horrible pain and swelling. Works perfect on my knee or arm.

Not quite as big as I would have liked and the straps are a bit tight. But I made it work because I ordered the ice pack for my post rotator cuff surgery. It definitely works and gets the shoulder icy cold. Our son is just starting high school football, so that was another motivation for the purchase.

The insert said "Do not heat in a microwave." How the heck am I supposed to get it hot then?

I use this strictly as a cold pack and It works great.

Great size for a medium wrap, love that I can use it for hot or cold. So far I have used it for several months multiple times a week and still looks like new.
