We use this Grease Splatter Screen for frying on an induction hob. I can see many comments mentioning gas flame overburn that has marked the outer circumference of the Splatter Screen, in that case I would suggest the frying pan/skillet diameter is too small, the gas burner is too high or a combination of both! I'm very please with this Grease Splatter Screen, it is keenly priced compared to other similar makes and does the job intended.

Excellent quality & does the job. I like the 'upside' which has a 'V' of strong steel welded to that face, so you can rest that side on your worktop without splatters dropping off onto it. Worth the money.

This sort of stops 70% of the fat I expect ,but is quite hard to get clean after words and even though it fit the size of the pan quite well it has tended to burn easily,

This does the job very well and is good quality but it was a little bigger than my previous one ( which lasted many years) and tends to catch on other saucepans on hob but I would still recommend it.

I use this to reduce mess while making curries, specifically dhals that tend to bubble and splatter. Easy to clean but be gentle as the mesh needs to stay fine to work well. Fits on the pans I use it on most often, glad I bought the size I did.
