Completely different item
I ordered this item thinking it would work as a power supply for our Yamaha PSR-195 keyboard piano. Unfortunately it doesn't work because the voltage rating is not sufficient enough for the piano. The piano requires 12V, whereas this product only puts out 9V.I know it's advertised as 12V, even the box reads 12V. However the actual product looks completely different from what is advertised, and clearly reads 9V on the unit itself.Stay away and don't waste your time.

I purchased this to use with a Yamaha PSR-185. The description of this item says it works with that model, but it does not.
