Update sw asks for serialnr.On screen the versions of bios sw and serialnr it displayed when connected to usb port Sw says the number is wrong?

Paid for itself already, diagnosed an intermittent misfire on 2 cylinders - was due to worn spark plugs first time, second time oil leak from cam cover into plug recesses...! Easy and straightforward to use too!

Appears to be well made but it does not work on a 2003 Seat Ibiza 1.4 SE. I ordered this on the strength of the reviews but if I'd looked more closely the reviews are for different, more expensive models.

Doesn’t work for SAAB 9-5 56 plate 1.9 diesel. Even after downloading updates from the website. Don’t bother wasting your money.

Nice product for a starter not just for mechanics. After plugged the scanner into the OBD II, it’s connected quickly and reflects the results. Meanwhile, it shows the fault codes and helps you to solve the problem.

Very basic tool. Just provides a simple diagnostic test. Worth spending a bit more and obtain a comprehensive tool.

Well no the reader cant communicate with my car

Tried to scan the issue on a Honda brand car but the reading did not process. The scanner shows communication error. But on a Toyota it’s fine. Not sure on other brand cars if the scanner works.

Got for my hubby and he loves it
