NOT vegetarian
This product is listed as vegetarian, but when it showed up, sure enough - gelatin capsules. Are manufacturers unaware of what gelatin is made of? I can't speak to the actual product itself as I returned it, but be aware this products contains gelatin.

Really great product
This particular brand of flax oil is the best I have ever used. I would experience some weird burping after I would take a pill with a different brand.I find that Flax Oil is essential to any healthy lifestyle. Omega Nutrition is also highlighted as the only brand recommended by the Gerson Institute...enough said.
