Nice Insole. Fits a True US Men's Size 15.
These insoles fit a true size 15 US Men's shoe. I have now purchased and returned three other brands that advertised that they fit a size 15 and were between 0.50-inch and 0.72-inch too short for the shoe. Spenco seems to be the only manufacturer that takes large sizes seriously.

Comfy in my Tennis/Pickleball Shoes
Better support than the standard insole in my tennis/pickleball shoes. I tend to get plantar fasciitis and these insoles provide a little more support that helps prevent the issue with my one heel. I found them to be very comfortable and work well despite using them in a wide shoe. While I think they are a little expensive, they work better than the competition so it is worth a few extra bucks.

Good for your feet
Like another reviewer, I've had plantar fasciitis troubles. I've tried the Dr S machine inserts... not worth the $$. Tried another brand, too stiff. Couldn't stand them. (pun intended)I Really needed to find the right shoe inserts for arch support, as the foot problems were causing knee and lower back problems too. When you're out of alignment, everything is messed up. So in hope of finding some relief, I bought 3 different styles of these Spenco inserts, for less than the price of the Dr S ones. I haven't tried the gel ones yet, but this style are really nice. Not too hard, and yes, maybe a little on the wide side, but for me they fit in my NB shoes okay. I just loosened the laces up some, and they are fine. I also put the "Total Support" style in my hiking boots, and they were great off roading last weekend. Def. getting some relief for my sore knee, and back pain is gone. For the price, def. worth the investment. I'm sure I will be purchasing these in the future. Good arch support, and comfy. As one reviewer said, might not fit in dress shoes though. They do run a bit wide, and not sure if trimming them on the sides would work.

Best Spenco insoles so far
So far so good, I've tried several Spenco insoles. My issue is my heals get sore. This pair seems to have just enough heal and arch support. Not comfortable bare foot so I give them 4 stars

Long lasting and super-comfortable
These are super-comfortable. I put them in all my shoes except dress shoes. I've been using these for years and they generally last as long as my shoes staying very cushioning the whole time. I put them sneakers, walking shoes, dance sneakers and work shoes. I used to have trouble under the balls of my feet - sometimes bruising, calluses, and pain. These have cured that. The foam rubber is very thick and firm so my foot doesn't compress it all the way even if I jump. The type of foam they use doesn't flatten from use until they get pretty old. I write the date with a sharpie on the bottom so when they feel like they should be changed I look to see how long they lasted. I usually get 1.5 to 2.5 years out of them. The downside to them is that they are pretty thick and may not fit in every shoe. When I go to buy shoes, I put an insole inside in place of the original one to make sure I can use these in new shoes I'm considering. If not, I don't buy the shoe.

Not comfortable
I am a fan of the Spenco Polysorb crosstrainer insoles but thought would give this Spenco product a try. It is noticeably narrower in the forefoot, wider in the midfiot and and has a weird surface texture. I didnt find them comfortable at all. The Polysorb insoles are far better.

These inserts are fabulous!
I suffered a catastrophic knee injury 14 years ago and almost lost my lower leg. 5 surgeries later, I still have a whole leg, but with nerve damage and subsequently struggle with finding the right shoe and most comfortable insert. Prescription orthotics haven’t worked well for me, but this one is just right. Not too hard or soft, not too thin or thick, and offers just the right cushioning for my on collapsing arch. Spenco is my go-to insert, and I’m incredibly grateful for a comfortable foot!

Saved My Feet
I walk at least 5 miles every morning. Even various $200+ running/walking shoes I tried (New Balance, Merrell, etc.) did not provide enough arch support, so on a recommendation from my podiatrist, I tried these. Couldn't be happier. First, I wear 11.5 and these come in exactly that size, so no cutting to fit - they fit perfect out of the box. Second, they feel like they were made for my main shoes (New Balance 990s). BTW, why don't New Balance and other shoe manufacturers use this high of quality insoles out-of-the-box? Shouldn't have to pay extra for food insoles on a pair of $200 shoes, but I guess that's an issue for another review. Bottom line, if you walk a lot of miles, these are great for support and comfort.
