Can I reserve lysol wipes when you get them in?

Does this contain ammonia or bleach? And do I need to rinse the electronics after using the wipes on them?

Walmart and walgreens don't post ingredients either.

Can they be used to clean toddlers toys if they are teething?

Yes, Lysol® Disinfecting Wipes can be used on toys but they must be rinsed with clear water after.
