Perfect for the dog
Ultimately this is a tennis ball on a bit of elasticated string. It is no good for swingball. However, it's brilliant for playing with the dog on the beach - I can throw this in the water and when doggo doesn't fetch it, I can reel it back in.I have one happy doggy!

NOT for SWINGBALL
Not fit for a replacement to a broken swingball ball and tether.I typed in "replacement swingball" and these were top of the list. I read ball on a rope and proceeded to purchase.The "2mm rope" is in fact 2mm elastic.They came, I opened one. The rope was actually elastic and thus not good for swingball.Before I could think about returning them my kids had opened two more and were swinging them around and generally having fun at the returnability of ball via elastic.So I am stuck with 5 of these balls.I am gonna improvise and see if I can attach the original swingball rope to these.NOT SUITABLE FOR SWINGBALL.Having just looked back at item I see a question has been asked specifying they are no good for swingball.

Elasticated string!
If it was string rather than elastic then this would be perfect as a swingball replacement. Unfortunately I need to now replace the super elastic string with proper string. I found the description uninformative. I couldn't recommend this as a swingball replacement for the above reasons. If it had said elasticated string I would have moved on to something else.
