Frozen quick enough not to lose too much flavor. Not superior but good quality. The fish was indeed Hamachi size, not too big. I was worried a bit when package was shipped on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday afternoon but enough dry ices left. I would have given all 5 stars if this was $10 less expensive.
