Shamo's Soft TPU Clear Case for iPhone 6/6s - Elevate Style and Protection with Premium Quality, Transparent Design, Shock Absorption, and Easy Installation

I use my iPhone to keep track of my miles traveled while riding my road bike using an app called Strava. The day I bought my new iPhone6 I ordered this case because I have a habit of breaking phones a week or two after buying them. I went through 3 iPhone3s and ran my iPhone4 through the washing machine a few weeks after getting it because I was sleep deprived from bringing our newborn home.I have a universal phone mount on my bike and in a rush to get out the door I guess I didn't tighten it enough around the phone. After bombing down a hill at 37 MPH I looked down and immediately noticed my phone was gone. I turned around, back tracked up the hill and and came across my phone face down in the middle of the road. Fearing the absolute worse I picked it up and what do you know, the app was still open and my phone was completely unscaved. Holy cow this case saved my week old iPhone6, which saved me from having to dish out $700!!!It's a great case; flexible, thin and obviously very protective. The best few bucks I've ever spent without a doubt!

After reading positive reviews about this case, I decided to put $7 on the line and hope for a decent product. I was pleasantly surprised by more than a decent product. The case is a thick yet flexible silicon that fits like a glove and requires little effort to apply or remove. While it does provide grip, it's not sticky nor excessively bulky, so it slides well into pockets and purse compartments and stays put. Additionally, the edges of the case are raised around the front of the phone, providing extra protection for the screen--which is literally the reason I picked and you should pick this case over the others. I ordered the case in Clear a little over a month ago and have not noticed any yellowing so far. Fabulous product at a fabulous price--very recommended.

Used this soft case for about a week and here is my review:Likes- Easy to use- Easy to take off- Fits really well. Not too tight or too lose- Power outlet and headphone jacks cut-out is big enough for most cables- Raised bezels for extra drop potectionDislikes:- NoneIf you need a new case, give it a try and you would love it.Of cause, if you cannot stand the raised bezel for extra protection, then this is not for you. I already dropped several time to the ground due to my clumsiness, the raised bezel was my friend. And no, the case is not slippery at all, just me not paying attention. It is the perfect case for me.

I bought two cases for my husband and me. We used to use a similar looking case from a different manufacturer, but this one is a lot better with the way it sits in your hand and that it has a slightly larger lip in the front so that if you place your phone face down, the screen does not touch the surface which is a good thing. The phone fits and functions perfectly in this case. Would recommend this case to anyone who likes a sleek and clear case for their phone.

Great so far! This is the only clear TPU case of many that I have tried that has a substantial lip for the screen. I tried two of Spigen's cases, which both provided a lower lip/bezel for protection of the screen, so those went back. Don't know what the deal is with the newer TPU cases for the iPhone6/S, but I'm happy to have found one that gives an extra level of protection for the screen if it is dropped.For example, I had a Belkin TPU case on my old iPhone 5S with a similar raised lip/bezel. I somehow managed to knock it free from the pocket in the hoody I was wearing as I was going down the steps into our garage. As it dropped it hit my knee, which was in motion as I went down the steps, the phone flew sideways away from me and slid facedown onto the concrete of our garage for about 6 feet, with quite a bit of sand and grime on the floor as this was in the middle of a northern winter. I just cringed as I heard the sound of the phone rolling over the debris. I picked up the phone and found only one scuff on the screen, which was on the edge of the viewable area of the screen and looked more like a smudge than a scrape or scratch on the glass (more so a testament to Apple than Belkin). If the phone had been in a TPU case like the others I've seen for the 6/S with a minimal bezel, I can only imagine what the screen might have looked like. Simply put, I'm glad to see this case at an affordable price with a similar bezel/lip to help protect the screen.Hmm..: While functional for the reasons noted, the case also has a slightly odd shape to it (see the pic). I'm guessing that the makers were looking for a thicker front and back and it appears that perhaps the sides are thinner. Instead of having the case follow the natural curve of the phone on the sides (which would likely mean having the same thickness all around), if you look at the case from the side, you'll notice what looks a bit like an ice cream sandwich if you squish it down. e.g., the ice cream bulges out. As a whole, the design is functional, but the feel in the hand is a bit different from some cases that simply follow the curve of the phone's edge.Cons:- There is an ever so slight yellowish hue to the clear case from certain angles, so I'm worried about it yellowing over time.With the molding being more true to the shape of the phone (while maintaining the noted benefits) as well as some treatment to address the initial (and potentially continued) coloring of the case, this would be a 5 star rating!

I like the case because it is minimalist. It is not clunky and does not add a lot of size to the phone itself. Being that it is clear, all the features of the phone are still present while being protected. The side buttons are a bit hard to press through the case but that is not a big problem. I will purchase this same case when I get a new phone.
