I got this for my elderly mom so she could apply lotion to her back. She lives by herself and has areas she can't reach and this flex applicator works awesome. The handle adjust with firm pressure and stays in place. It comes with removable pads that can be washed or replaced. You can order replacements if needed. This applicator is a quality item for a good value and works very well. Elderly or those without sufficient strength may need help to bend the handle as it is a very firm polymer that can be adjusted to the angle that works best for you

I am not sure why Dermatologists recommend this product in their offices... do they not test these out? The sponges absorb too much of the lotion. Washing and cleaning the sponges is annoying too. Turns out a wooden spoon (yes the kitchen type) works great and doesn't waste product. Thankfully the seller allows returns.

I really like it. The only thing that could be improved is the sponge bends at the top when pulling the mechanism back up my back. You do have to be somewhat careful when pulling the applicator back up your back. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 on easy to spread. Other than that it does exactly what it says it does. But I find it is the best lotion spreader I've used.

Living alone can be problematic - keeping your back moisturized doesn't have to be. This device is light weight and has good geometry to reach all parts of your back. The provided applicator pads (refills available) are soft and absorbent so you can get an adequate amount of your favorite skin cream to all pertinent locations. Recommended

My original lotion spreader fell apart. All of the plastic marbles started popping out one by one, so I looked into finding a product that would replace it, and was a bit more reliable and chose this one. I am so pleased with how this works for me.

My doctor recommended this product to use along with Aveeno moisture lotion. I wish I had ordered the longest handle. TooExpensive in my opinion. Overall I am pleased and would recommend it.

I use this for putting lotion on my back, it works perfectly. I like that the sponge is soft, plus that makes it easy to wash. I haven't needed or tried to bend the wand.

Very disappointed in this this was supposed to be a new packaging but I received a used an open torn box
