Bought this in May of last year. It’s been a year now and one of the remotes is completely dead and will not charge.

Definitely a good product for the Nintendo Switch. No lag in play, comfortable grip & fits well in the hand (better than the original joy cons). Only downside is the vibration is very very hard & loud. It's to the point where it's like a subwoofer vibration with rattling & would disturb someone trying to sleep. I tried turning it off but it doesn't turn off through the Nintendo Switch menu. Fix that & it would be perfect.

These worked for the first month and then started slowly not working until finally they do not work at all. Spend the extra 20 bucks and get the real thing. Because now I'm out of the time frame to return and that was just a waste of money.

These were ordered for a Christmas present. They arrived quickly and in perfect/new condition. I had no issues with the order, product, price, shipping, delivery. I would recommend and will probably order again.

The price for the prdouct is great considering full retail for the name brand. That said. They lack in response time. Characters will stop running half a second after I let go of the stick. Other than that have no issue with the product.

First version I was sent disconnected when I inserted it into the Switch console so I could only use the Joy Cons separated from the console. I returned it and Amazon sent me a new pair the next day so great service. The new pair works great both in the console and separate from it but the Joy Cons are too wide to fit into the Switch dock, hence the lower star rating. If you do not need to use the dock, they are great.
